The Adventures of LJ

LJ, our coffee van, is exclusive to LJ Hooker Greenwith | Golden Grove | Mawson Lakes. LJ loves his community and spends his days serving coffees, hot chocolate and cold water to our local community. He regularly attends schools, local fundraisers, sporting facilities and businesses.  

At LJ Hooker Greenwith | Golden Grove | Mawson Lakes we have a community-centric ethos and value spending time serving and chatting with our local community.

LJ and the team have had a busy few weeks serving coffee and hot chocolates at a variety of community events.  Director, Michael Fenn, applauded the team on their community focus and involvement stating that “real estate is not about property, it is about people”.

“Having the ability to build long lasting relationships with our community is what this business is all about” Michael commented.

A recent highlight for Michael was serving a hot chocolate to a young boy at an open inspection “the young boy’s dad called me later in the day to thank me for the hot chocolate as it had brought the biggest smile to his son’s face”.

Local events that our office has recently been involved with include:

• Kings Baptist Grammar School R-2 Sports Day

• Golden Grove Netball Club Carnival

• Our Lady of Hope Primary School Sports Day

• Surrey Downs Primary School Sports Day

• Redwood Park Primary School Sports Day
  
  Entire proceeds raised at these events were donated straight back to the school/sporting club.

As well as events, LJ has also spent his mornings out and about serving hundreds of coffees in Golden Grove, Greenwith, Pooraka and Mawson Lakes and every Saturday at our open inspections and auctions.
