LJ Hooker Property Specialists triumph at annual awards night following a busy year

LJ Hooker Property Specialist had plenty of reasons to celebrate after taking home a swag of trophies including Top Office, at the iconic network’s annual Night of the Stars Awards.

The black-tie gala dinner event shines a light on the exceptional performance of LJ Hooker real estate professionals working in South Australia and the Northern Territory.

LJ Hooker Property Specialist Managing Director Michael Fenn said it followed a busy year for the successful agency which covers Adelaide’s North East as well as the Gawler and Barossa regions. During this time, the business fulfilled a long-term goal of opening new premises at Ridgehaven as its metropolitan flagship ‘superstore’.

The agency was awarded Top Community Relationship Award, Most Productive Team, Top Sales Office (Value), Top Sales Office (Volume), Best Sales Growth Percentage Income (Darren Hutton) and Top Performance Manager – Sales (Tiana Cornthwaite).

“It is always lovely to see individuals recognised but team awards are always paramount in our business,” Mr Fenn said.

“We were particularly delighted to win the Top Community Award again as this is something that is very close to our hearts. Real estate is all about the community and they give so much to us, so it is good to be able to give back.”

The Night of the Stars showcases the very best in sales, property management, commercial real estate and operations by showcasing the unparalleled contributions of LJ Hooker offices across Australia. The glittering event was held at Sky City and attended by agents from both SA and NT.

General Manager of Network, Stephen Mutton congratulated LJ Hooker Property Specialist on their outstanding past 12 months and their valuable contributions to their local community.

The agency has its own coffee van which they have used at 150 events during the past year to raise funds mostly for children’s charities - including medical research and supporting local schools.

“Night of the Stars is a wonderful opportunity to gather offices from around each State to celebrate the past year’s successes,” Mr Mutton said.

“We know that awards and recognition play a key part in our value offering. The hard work and achievements by our LJ Hooker offices deserve to be highlighted and to have their moment in the spotlight.”

LJ Hooker Property Specialists acquired their office in the Gawler and Barossa region three years ago. Mr Hutton, who has worked in the area for more than three decades, said it was wonderful to be recognised for Best Sales Growth at the Night of the Star event.

“We are very fortunate to have systems in place here that have allowed us to take our business to the next level and that has been integral in winning this award,” Mr Hutton said.

“Michael has made a major investment into the Gawler and Barossa regions and we are seeing the benefits of this every month as we continue to grow the presence of the LJ Hooker brand.”
