LJ Hooker Greenwith | Golden Grove | Mawson Lake | Modbury has been declared one of Australia’s top real estate sales offices in a newly released national ranking.
LJ Hooker Greenwith | Golden Grove | Mawson Lakes | Modbury, headed up by Michael Fenn, has secured a position in the Real Estate Business (REB) Top 50 Sales Offices ranking for 2021, a national list that highlights Australia’s best-performing real estate sales teams.
Now in its ninth edition, the REB Top 50 Sales Offices ranking is an initiative of leading industry resource Real Estate Business (REB), which is produced by award-winning media business Momentum Media.
It provides a benchmark for agencies Australia-wide, and provides nationwide recognition for the teams who are going above and beyond and achieving huge results.
“The REB Top 50 Sales Offices 2021 showcases the high calibre of real estate businesses operating across the country,” said Grace Ormsby, news editor of REB.
“This year’s ranking is all the more special considering the tumultuous conditions sales agents have worked within over the past 12 months. The COVID-19 property market has been one like no other – and this year’s ranking highlights just how skilfully these offices have navigated the uncertainty.

A number of metrics are used to determine the position of sales offices within the ranking, including team numbers, a staff efficiency rating, days on market and sales volumes.
Data collected for the REB Top 50 Sales Offices 2021 was verified by senior members of the agency or network, or an office accountant.
