LJ Hooker Property Specialists awarded REB Top 50 Sales Office for the 10th year in a row

On the 29th January 2025, LJ Hooker Property Specialists has secured the 16th spot in the Real Estate Business (REB) Top 50 Sales Offices 2025 ranking.

Now in its 13th year, the REB Top 50 Sales Offices ranking sets the benchmark for excellence among Australian real estate offices.

The ranking recognises the hard work and achievements of sales offices that went above and beyond in the local market to support clients in the buying and selling process.

The ranking is an initiative of REB, the leading news resource for the real estate industry, and is produced by the award-winning Momentum Media, with research conducted by Agile Market Intelligence.

Agile Market Intelligence evaluated sales volume and efficiency levels as some of the key metrics in determining the Top 50 Sales Offices Ranking for 2025.

Entrants were required to submit the following:

  • Number of listings for FY24
  • Number of settlements for FY24
  • Total value of settlements for FY24
  • Average days on market
  • Number of staff as at the end of FY24

All data was verified by Agile Market Intelligence to ensure accuracy.
